Sarah Morrill

Sarah Morrill (she/her) is Activate’s Executive Vice President, where she leads organizational growth priorities and strategic planning. Previously, Morrill oversaw the fellowship experience across Activate communities as the Vice President of Program Experience. Prior to Activate, Morrill led a school turnaround initiative in Oakland, CA, transforming one of the lowest-performing schools into a top school for Latinx students. Morrill also held leadership roles at Teach For America, where she spearheaded vision setting, strategy development, and leadership coaching initiatives. Morrill earned an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a certificate in education finance from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, and a B.A. in international political economy from Colorado College.
