Naomi Baer

Naomi Baer (she/her) is the Chief Operating Officer at Activate, bringing over 16 years of experience in social entrepreneurship to this role. Baer was previously Practitioner-In-Residence at the Center for Social Innovation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business; Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Programs at Net Impact; and Senior Director of Global Partner Operations at Kiva, where she started as an early employee. Baer is a certified translator with an executive degree from Stanford and a B.A. from Brown University.
