When you arrive, be sure to check in on the ground floor 15 minutes early with the friendly concierge and they will show you where to go.

Programming Schedule

The schedule for the event is as follows:

  • 5:30-6:30pm: Welcome hour

  • 6:30-7:30pm: Hear from each fellow about their vision for our future

  • 7:30-8:30pm: Engage in follow up conversations with fellows & members of the community

Light food and beverages will be provided.

Closest Subway/T Stop
The CIC is located at Kendall Square station on the Red line (2 minute walk to One Broadway).

Car and bicycle parking may be available in the One Broadway garage. Several other garages are located nearby.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

We ask that attendees self-test via an antigen, NAAT, or PCR test on the day of the event. Your attendance at the event will attest that you have tested negative and are not feeling sick. Those living or working in Cambridge can schedule free PCR tests at CIC Health’s 295 Third Street location in Cambridge here.

To ensure safety for all, we are also asking that you mask as frequently as possible for the week leading up to the event
